Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Horizon West Founders website and inquiries about its Private Business Partnership service.

Information you choose to share

The inquiry form collects your name, email, and message. You may also provide your phone number, business name, and where you are based. Please do not include sensitive financial information, passwords, medical details, or information about other people that you do not have permission to share.

How your information is used

Dalton uses your information to respond to your inquiry, get acquainted, and discuss a possible professional relationship. Inquiries are handled discreetly. Your information is not sold or used to add you to marketing lists without permission.

Storage and service providers

Inquiry information is stored securely through Lovable Cloud in a separate collection for Horizon West Founders. Notification emails are delivered through Resend to Dalton's configured business inbox. These providers process the information needed to operate this website and respond to you. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.

Security and retention

Public visitors cannot read submitted inquiries. Technical service providers may process basic request information, such as device, network, and error data, to operate and protect the website. No system can guarantee absolute security. Inquiries are retained as needed to respond, maintain a professional relationship, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you have shared by using the contact form. Some information may need to be retained where required by law.

Photography and external services

Dalton's portraits, family photography and the supplied Horizon West community photographs are authentic. The main café banner is illustrative, not a representation of a specific Horizon West venue or landmark. Public TikTok video information is retrieved to display Dalton's latest thoughts. TikTok players load as their videos come into view; Vimeo players load after you choose to play them. Those providers may process your network and device information and use cookies under their own privacy policies. External social links take you to those providers' websites. This website does not add third-party marketing trackers.
